Yeh, or bugger the ten grand fine, just come out an say they are totally inept, the Club has too, stuff the fine, just say it, put a stop to this endless shit, its way, way overdue.

Yep time to bring in suspensions and fines for umpires.
Even long term bans.
Time to make it a performance based too.
Bad umpiring and you dont get paid.
