If Moore is rested, it looks like Frampton is available and can be a plug and play. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

That makes sense. I'm also thinking if Elliott is out, maybe Harrison finally gets his chance? _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Elliott is a confirmed out he has a stiff shoulder.
Moore i feel will play but needs to get over this flu thing that he has had.
Side back for the suns or port game after the bye.
Frampton back in. |

Hopefully they see this as an opportunity to get game time into those deserving a chance, namely: Carmichael, Macrae and Allan. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

McRae has a need, a need for speed and it's why HH has found himself I suspect in the side ahead of others like a Bianco or Macrae.
If you're one paced under Fly you'll need to be elite like Pendlebury or a Mitchell, fill a specific role like a KP or provide a skill not so easily found like Ginnivan and his knack for kicking goals. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

and his knack for kicking goals: provided that the umpires don't allow him to be knackered before he can do so. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Outs: Sidey and Elliott
Ins: Harrison and Hoskins-Elliott
I think that Eliiott has been sore for around a month- the rest will do him heaps of good.
Hoskin-Elliott a good replacement for Sidebottom
I think Ed Allen goes west as Substitute... _________________ Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away... |

How does this reflect on Finn McCrae that more recent recruits are getting gigs ahead of him? |

^ Personally, I don't think it reflects much on Finn McCrae at all. HH is a natural like for like replacement for Jamie.
I think Finn is very much in the mix for selection against the Eagles in order to cover the absence of Sidey in some way. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

I am surprised by Harrisson's selection, good goal last week.
However, last year, I had a couple of 'who's that?' moments.
For those moments he really looked a above. Damaging when he got it. He then apparently got close to selection before injury ended his year.
Coaches obviously rate him and want to give him a go in the firsts. Excellent opportunity for the kid this week.
Always special having a first gamer. |

Story goes he was one of those people who got Covid really bad. Seriously knocked him about and was never the same in the second half of the 2022 season. I think he also did a hamstring later in that season too but the Covid impacted any full recovery well before the hamstring injury. |
