The AFL will publish the official injury list, hopefully on Tuesday. They said it was coming out this past Tuesday... But they did an article on players coming back instead. (I emailed asking).

Langdon isn't running free mate he's jogging laps slowly
Buck's recent comments "he's making slow but sure progress"
He still can't/hasn't been able to complete a training session with the team and is still undergoing weekly visits with orthopaedic surgeon monitoring his knee
Still has underlying issue that flares up
He's a long long way from playing AFL still at this stage

Alright, here we go: Updated: Monday, June 8:

COLLINGWOOD:

Mason Cox - Knee (TEST)
Adam Treloar - Calf (1-2 weeks)
Levi Greenwood - Knee (3-5 weeks)
Ben Reid - Calf (3-5 weeks)
Tom Langdon - Knee (Indefinite)
Dayne Beams - Mental health (Indefinite)

Quote:
There are fears that Cox (knee) is running out of time to prove his fitness, but Greenwood (knee) is making good progress. Treloar (calf) is still a while away and will need to build match fitness before he plays, while Reid (calf) is set to miss a fair portion of footy having suffered yet another soft tissue setback. - Riley Beveridge

Was hoping to see a return date with Langdon, but there's been good signs from the club, sharing images of him returning to training. Light duties of course, but at least he's out there and looking happier.

Cox and Treloar are short term, so we'll look forward to seeing how they go in a couple weeks. Cant wait to see how Levi returns, he's around a month away.

Ben Reid 3 to 5 weeks so make that 7 to 9 weeks.
Why did we keep him.
Another Daniel Wells.
Rarely on the park.

Last year for Reid, doesn't matter, will be culled.

I'd love another Daniel Wells.

Same Daniel Wells who kicked what 3 goals against Sydney in a half, before Beam's hospital handball busted his knee up in a tackle?

Updated: Tuesday, June 16

COLLINGWOOD:

Mason Cox - Knee (TEST)
Adam Treloar - Calf (TEST)
Levi Greenwood - Knee (2-4 weeks)
Ben Reid - Calf (2-4 weeks)
Tom Langdon - Knee (Indefinite)
Dayne Beams - Mental health (Indefinite)

Quote:
The Pies are confident Cox should be available, having been named as an emergency last week despite a nagging knee injury. Treloar is the big question mark, though he might be another week away having barely been tested by full-contact sessions. They escaped Thursday night's draw against the Tigers with a clean bill of health. - Riley Beveridge

Been told Langdon completed 15-20 minutes of match sim on Wednesday before being pulled off as was planned
Reported to club Thursday morning knee had swollen up again sent for scans
Club hopeful just a minor reaction to first bit of match sim after nearly 12 months off park
Will be monitored again while results come back

So in fact we got no Cox, no Treloar. That sucks.
But WHY are everyone else's 2 week soft tish injuries all healed, except ours? And where's the rest of our injuries? Sides with lots of injuries are at a huge disadvantage for this season. How will they get match fit with no seconds? (VFL)

Match Sim? In the scratch match? Still can't find out a damn thing about that game! REALLY annoying!

I'm kinda out of the loop here, where is Scharenberg at?

CFC says returning mid year but I haven't seen anyone posting about him here recently.

The match sim at regular training. And they were not allowed to tackle him.

From the clubs FB report last night;

Flynn Appleby - Joined in full training and will play in the scratch match this weekend.

Trent Bianco - Shoulder, 2 weeks away from full contact training.

Levi Greenwood - Training has stepped up, but still 3 weeks off full contact trainaing.

Tom Langdon - Joined in full training this week. No mention of any swelling, but they said they'll see how he pulls up. I say watch this space.

Ben Reid - Running has stepped up, but a month away from full training.

Jordan "Not Jarryd" Roughead - Passed concussion test and will play.

Anton Tohill - Suffering from soreness (mainly in his feet) and is just catching up from being in isolation in Ireland. 2 weeks away from full training.

Adam Treloar - Has been fully training and will take part in scratch match this weekend.

Horatio Fin; No mention of Scharenberg.

There was also no mention of Cox, but he has been listed as an emergency, so I presume he'll play in the scratch match.

No mention of Beams.

I didn't realise we had an arrangement with the local rub & tug. Are there member discounts?
