| If I hear one positive word at Fly's presser tonight I will be calling for his head! Has this man got anything more than one gear? We have been found out bigtime. Everyone has worked us out because we displayed all the video footage of all our preseason training to every other club in the comp. We are not a very clever football club and never have handled success well since the 1920s. |

1.1 to 7.6 after half time. Even garbage teams score more than that!
We won’t beat an AFL team playing like this.
A laughing stock less than 6 months after a flag is so Collingwood!

^sure did. As I pointed out in the 2024 draft thread, we have 2 years to replace 10 players >30. 2 years because Tassie will raid the draft.
Trouble is, of we're going to get any draft currency, we'll need to move on a Maynard or IQ to get anywhere near the top 10.
There's a big void in the list coming.
Allan, Ryan, DeMattia, Tiath aren't going to fill all of the holes.

McCreery is such a fast running player but her seems to want to cut back inside when he is in free space and gets himself stuck.
Fly needs to have a chat to him about just going forward.

No doubt, but then how do you get 1st round picks? IQ is a non-negotiable but I reckon Wright is ruthless enough to consider Maynard if the trade currency was attractive enough.
Our over 30's have zero currency. Otherwise it's going to be. Long rebuild.
