Matt how could you leave Glen Rhoder or Howard Wilkinson in that list haha.

I have picked Sir Alex as although I hate him and his team he is probably one of the best managers on English soccer history.

Sir Bobby would be a close second though as I can't rate Arse as it is against my soccer religion..

Although i hate to admit it the Frenchman gets it from that list, he has built a formidable team from a medium budget and deserves credit for that!

But i think the question is from the whole of the premier league so from that i will pick David Moise from Everton (hope i spelt it right), has done a brilliant job with a team that still has no big names in it, but will have when Rooney gets even better!

Though I hate to admit being a Liverpool supporter, Moise is doing a damn good job, now all he has to do is get rid of Kevin Campbell.

But I tell ya what, when I heard Liverpool offered Houllier the job for a slong he wanted I was just about to throw my remote at the tv. He wins one FA CUP (a glorious victory nonetheless), barely gets over the line against Alaves in the UEFA Cup, and the player that actually wanted to play for the Reds (Robbie Fowler) he actually sold off, and for what, some schmo called Litmanen who only ever scored penalties.
