The French FA is trying to clamp down on Monaco. Wages are tax free under Monegasque law. So other French sides are concerned over competing with Monaco's tax free salaries. So lookout here may come the next super club bank rolled by Dmitry Rybolovlev.

Anyone got the number of a Russian billionaire? There's a team going cheap, just 15 km outside Manchester. Nice ground, reasonable squad, good manager.....a bargain!

Yes you're right Sixpoints about AS Monaco. Since wages are tax free in their area, it's going to help them greatly and give them an added advantage in signing quality players.

It looks Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao is going to join them very soon. He appears to be having a medical soon, so he might be AS Moncao's 3rd major signing of the summer already.

Apparently Andy Carroll is going to reject a chance to stay at West Ham on a permanent deal. Newcastle have claimed they won't be making a bid for Carroll.

I hope AS Monaco stay away from HBA.
