It looks like Mitch Nichols will be leaving Victory for Japan. Especially since Muscat dragged him at half time last night and said after the game he did so because his mind wasn't on the job. Neither was Muscat's it has to be said (if he has a mind at all), but this is further evidence why the A-League is stupid to apply a rigid salary cap to its teams. Australian players are easy pickings for just about every other league in the world that has no salary cap. We will continue to lose the best players overseas and the A-League will continue to be third rate.

@King Malta - I disliked him after he made several comments about how Chelsea had 'ruined' Fernando Torres while he was playing and being paid by the club. Ever since then I never forgave him and I was glad he left last summer to tell you the truth.

@Dave The Man - Honda is Japan's best player so it's no surprise he's playing for a top club in Europe. Overall there's no better Japanese players than him currently.

Very interesting fact sixpoints. If I was a Hammers fan I'd be worried reading that.

I think the reason why sixpoints wants to see West Ham get relegated has something to do with the fact that half of the players and the manager are a part of West Ham used to be a part of Bolton (sixpoints' team) in the past. He can correct me if I'm wrong though. I can't say I'm a Hammers sympathiser either!
