Exactly what I thought, what else can go wrong?Tannin wrote:FMD!
He was getting attention on the boundary line during the game, thought it was just a dislocated finger. Did well to play out the game, says something about his character.
Was thinking minimal changes for Sunday. 1 vacancy just came up.

Can't we just pay overs to recruit a couple of dozen of the very, very best players at the contending clubs on three week contracts - Ablett, Hodge, Dangerfield, Selwood, you know the ones - and then let them go back to their original clubs again after three weeks to have their knee replacements, foot surgery, 28-week hammies, 15-month quads, and so on? OK, we would still be the walking woulded but at least the other clubs would be missing a few too.

The next time some "perceptive fellow" NIckster tells me " all sides get injuries, they don't count " I am going to farking spew, no club has had the incredible run of long term injuries we have had, that have ruined our season.

^ Quite right.
I'm being completely serious here, but I think the club need some form of internal review on the medical and fitness staff. How the bloody hell can we receive so many bloody soft tissue injuries year after year.
Are they pushing the kids too hard in pre-season?
In the case of Adams and his broken fingers; that's just pure bad luck, nothing the club can do about that.
