Great win by the pies...Coley stepped up, Clement, Cloke and Wakes were superb. Didak was brilliant in the last 10 mins...why doesn't he get more game time?? Buckley will go close to winning the brownlow (but won't cause the umpires don't like him).

Fraser was great all night, licuria, burns and shaw all put in.

Benny J was sensational in the second half, umps did everything they could to get the bears over the line, Ant denied to clear marks within range, and got pinged for being in a ruck contest, the turn over free against Taz was a discrace! robbed us of a shot on goal, free's at half time where 3 - 12 and one of those three was a oof, the afl's stats counters stopped counting the frees for the bears in the second half there was one OOF and atleast three free's payed to them in the 3rd and Malty had this to say after the game "I lost my cool a few times, don't worry about some of these figures, they're false and misleading"

well done to our boys al'la sydley game they beat the maggot and the oposition, a week off with nearly a full list to recharge and hit it hard, thoughts go out to poor Tarks, aas we saw on tv this is obliviously hard for him.

I think that Dids struggles when he plays a full match but is good as a gamebreaker coming off the bench. Walker may get changed for someone else perhaps Rupert to give us more run and goalkicking options. I feel sorry for Tarks but genuinely believe the midfield has performed better without him and last year he was our poorest player over the whole three finals not playing well in any of them so I doubt if his presence would make any difference. I think with the recruitment of Woey, development of Cole, Holland, improved form of O'Bree and to a lesser extent Shaw, he has been superseded.
