He's 28.

I love him too, but geesus you gotta grow up eventually.

Of course this doesn't ratify the club's decision to turn him into Taylor Adams, or anything...

Vindication of moving him on. And those who will have a crack at me for saying so are probably the same ones who want us to be more like the Hawks. Well how many indiscretions do you see from their players? You mock Bucks for breaking up a premiership team yet you want a Hawthorn culture. That's what our coach is putting in place. Be patient.

Counselling, what a crock. He is Heater, harmless and loveable larrikin but not a leaders bootlace. He needs to be accepted for what he is, and not be in a young clubs leadership group. He will fck up time and time again, because of our ridiculously PC society.

Footy players + expectation to be a role model = disaster.

They are in general arrogant self centred louts who are good at sport.

The best thing about this report is the seamless way that Alan Didak was woven into the fabric.

I know that it's the norm these days for clubs to punish players for every single off-field indiscretion, but seriously, why is this a news story?

Clearly the boy has some behavioural issues, and that's been pretty well documented. He's not paid to be an archbishop, I'd suggest we leave him alone.

Total beat-up.

Heater's an outgoing personality but he's harmless at the end of the day.
