Bloody sad that people rise to the bait,
Firstly anyone who volountarily goes to Geelong and actually stops there longer than necassary to take a p!ss and grab a burger on the way through to the surf coast should be fined.
Secondly being asked to leave by management and fined for public drunkeness - one is almost impossible without the other.
Finally if he had been doing anything of CONSEQUENCE he would not only have been fined but arrested, detained and charged.
So now we have the culture vultures beating their breasts and bemoaning his behaviour and the usual Mick acolytes trying to link it to their favourite moans.
Both groups should get over themselves and watch the club get on with business.

back in the day you got 4 hours in the drunk tank after being smacked senseless by the bored cops. I can't recall if a fine was involved as well, I blame alcohol related concussion.droversdog65 wrote:Bloody sad that people rise to the bait,

Lol stui and ronrat, I was 'back in the day' and saw more than a few types get hauled off - none too gently - from venues like 'The Croc' and 'Cross Keys' only to run into them next week sometime looking decidedly worse for wear - usually nursing busted ribs where they had 'fallen over on the vomit slick cell floor' . . . riiiiiiiight!!! fallen into the toes of size 12 walloper clodhopper shoes more like it.
Not that I was an angel 'back in the day' you understand, but I'm one of those 'quiet types' who gets quieter and quieter the more sozzled I get

I'm disappointed. He's been tearing it up on the track and I held hopes that he would be the Luke Ball replacement. Make all the excuses you like, but it's not a good sign. I fear the guy is a dill.
After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
