Still remember the day that Bucks towelled up King Carey playing as a genuine CHB and I wondered "Is there anything this guy can't do".

I bet if I were to have a dig through past posts though I'd find people bagging Bucks the player somewhere.

I don't think that Taylor Adams will be our next captain, although if his kicking improves he might be our next Dane Swan. I think Pendles will stay captain for about three more years (and hopefully he may have led us to a flag by then). I think Pendles' replacement will be Tom Langdon who strikes me as having similar leadership skills to Nick Maxwell.

Will people not be happy until we have a player with size, speed, agility with a beautiful kick and pinpoint handball who has a huge vertical leap, toughness, is a hard tackler who gets his own ball then uses it with poise on the outside?

FFS.
Never said that I'm not happy with Adams. I'm very happy with him and think trading him for Shaw was a great move. Just that his kicking is poor. It has improved and I'm sure it will continue to as he learns to make better decisions.
Well done boys!

Tay's disposal was poor and has vastly improved.
Drills many passes now.
Decision making in traffic is improving. Felt the pressure but is becoming more accustomed.
Works really hard too

I really rate him. Our best player the past 2 weeks. has had a very good season for one so young and given the role he has played.
One team, one dream - the Pies and this year's premiership

Yep, has improved outa sight this season. Averaging just shy of 28 disposals a game and 5 tackles. Never takes a backward step and just love his grunt. Could be anything!

much like many of our young brigade, another year of experience and learning will do wonders for him. btw, is this an example of a player improving under buckley?

I've been seeing future captain written all over him from the beginning of this season. You can just tell he's going to lead us into the future. I think with more games, he's going to have that ability to really galvanise the team and be a Hodge type of captain.

He's that unsociaable c**t of a sod I've been craving in this 'nice' team for so long.

The night Westhoff so callously headbutted his knee was the night I said, "Yep, I like this kid."

C**tiness wins flags.

Yep, this. Not sure he's captain material but could certainly see him pushing into the leadership group.

Nah, that doesn't happen, you're clutching at straws.

Decision making worries me and as good as and taking nothing away from
Maynards intercept and charge past to goal the ball came from Crisp toward
two unguarded Cats.
Fortunate that Maynard went full bore at the contest.
I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right
