Optus unveils EPL plans, SBS gets a match per week

Sad day for Rupertarians, finally Premier League Soccer is back on free to air after all these years (another reason to fantasise about the funeral of the old megalomaniac...)

Maybe Fox News and the Australian can be flushed down the same toilet...

Yep, great news. I really wanted the one hour wrap-up to come back but this is a good start.

On another note, how good have West Ham been this year? Love what Bilic is doing there.

I'm not that happy with the deal especially after reading more about it, but it's surprising that Optus were able to outbid Foxtel for the rights to the EPL. I don't use Optus in any shape or form nor I do intend to sign up with them anytime soon so it looks like I'll be using online streams from next season onwards to watch matches.

West Ham have been superb this year! I think they'll fall short of reaching the top 4 but you'd have to be happy with what you've seen if you're a Hammers supporter.
