Re: Join up guests!
I did just that, and was quickly referred to as a diddily twat after my first postthompsoc wrote:122 guests on general discussion and 6 registered posters as at 11.40pm on tonite.
Come on guests join up and start giving your opinions.
Long time reader of that site, first point of reference ahead of any corrupted news agencies. Happy to apart of the Nicks family.

Welcome!Tanuki wrote:G'day, Howdy,
Been lurking in the shadows for over a decade, this post has prompted me to finally join the bear pit.
It was actually RudeBoy's post on LT's that got my blood boiling, I've had some history with them at work; their methodology and practice is bunk and snake oil. I was disappointed when they were brought into the inner sanctum of the club.
Anywayz, here's my origin story. My maternal family are all saints supporters, paternal are gapped tooth Pies. I was a Saints supporter as a Toddler, but my father and brother locked me in the toilet and wouldn't let me out till I agreed to support the Pies. 30 odd years later and it's two premierships, three GF losses and all the ups and downs.
I'm hearing that about LT from more than one source....its horses for courses, and may have worked well at the Hawks, but all signs point to it not working for us

Have thought about it.
However, and I'll probably get hostile replies, I think I'll wait until DTM retires.
I realise he has an emotional condition. But I won't walk on eggshells in-case I have somehow offended him.
To all Nicksters; I do thoroughly enjoy the ebb and flow of the myriad of opinions. Mostly they are within the bounds of proper debate and display your passion of the CFC. For the moment I prefer to just read and evaluate your contributions. On many occasions a light smile may even crease my face as I appreciate the wit of some of the posters.

At draft time we should start a "who would you pick" using the same pucks that Hine and co have to work with. Down the track we can see who would have done better than the recruitment team.thompsoc wrote:I would be fine in that role.Bob Sugar wrote:One things for sure, Thompsoc has to be made head of recruiting.
As long as my dart board comes along.
Instead of "In Hine we trust"
it will be "Trust Thompsoc he couldn't do any worse"
Thanks for those guests who have joined.
