Team's out...
B: Ryan Pendlebury, Jonathon Marsh, Tim Golds
HB: Marley Williams, Nathan Brown, Matthew Goodyear
C: Brayden Maynard, Rupert Wills, Adam Oxley
HF: Tom Phillips, Tyson Goldsack, Brent Macaffer
F: Gus Borthwick, Corey Gault, Lachlan Ferguson
Foll: Jarrod Witts, Levi Greenwood, James Aish
Int (from): Lachlan Wallace, Jack Hellier, Jordan Collopy, Ben Moloney, Nick Gray, Jordan Kelly, Lachlan Howe, Dale Hinkley, Matthew Smith, Marty Hore, Will Knight, Jackson Viola, Adrian Indovino
Brown, Wills back into the side, along with Gault, who according to the website will play his 50th VFL game.
Ferguson named for what must be the 3rd time since falling down a black hole 7 weeks ago. Hopefully it's 3rd time lucky for the little fella, so that he can celebrate Jack Hellier's games record breaker.
Welcome back to the other Lachie in Wallace as well. Had a good elimination final last year against this mob and has been a reliable role player as a small mid/defender over the past few years. Missed pre-season with a foot stress fracture.
No Wyatt or Sier, however...

MB... I am hoping beyond hope Gualt can deliver some form for 5 weeks and bang down the door...
But...
He does seem to be either the proto type list clogger or future premiership player for Sydney etc... Or a dud...
I also hope Wills, Goodyear and Phillips continue the upwards form and Marley crunches some bones like the playing ghost of Stan Magro ( who I saw play in 81/82!!!)
Carn the pies!!

From Bustling Billy Picken to Flying 'Billy' Elliott, and all others who I have and have not been blessed enough to watch pull on our proud jumper...Gentlemen, I salute you!!

Pendlebury and Hellier played (and have played) 69 games, not 68. Jack breaks Kritta's record tomorrow...Rizzo32 wrote:NOt sure how this will paste in...

It's an interesting one, P4S.
It's real name is Chirnside Park, which jars because of the suburb with that exact same name on the other side of town, and its commercial name would have you believe it is indeed near the airport.
When I post these over at BigFooty, I always include a Google Map of the venue where we are playing in the OP for easy reference, but I can never get it to format the same way over here, for some reason...

^^^ In case it helps, I found it with this link (which contains an embedded google map that can be zoomed to see precisely where the ground is): http://www.liveguide.com.au/Venues/7165 ... rport_Oval

The 'pin' on that map points to an address further up Watton Street where the Werribee Football Club has its offices and postal address, not the ground itself...
I do hope all this debate about addresses and directions doesn't cause some people to get lost. And in Werribee, of all places...

yeah, the chirnside park thing had me confused too. i was certain the actual suburb was nowhere near werribee but perhaps old age had caught up with me.MagpieBat wrote:It's an interesting one, P4S.

Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle.
