Made the trip out to Casey the last 2 years but it's a hell hole and a bloody long way from Bendigo. Think I might watch this from the comfort of my lounge room given it's broadcast live on Ch7.
Be nice to get 1 back on these bastards after we seem to continually gift them 4 points via compromised benches.
Squad will lose 4 to the senior I/C but who get's held over for the senior emergency?

At least my hot Sri Lankan tea kept you and JW warm that bloody cold, wet, miserable and awful day....jackcass wrote:Made the trip out to Casey the last 2 years but it's a hell hole and a bloody long way from Bendigo.
Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!

And it merits (late) mention, but this is what we're up against...
Casey Scorpions
B 80. J Grimes 65. C Pedersen 51. C Oliver
HB 58. M White 1. J Hutchins 79. C Garland
C 76. D Kent 87. J Viney 70. B Newton
HF 68. M Jones 15. D Keilty 47. J Garlett
F 62. D Terlich 20. T Smith 52. J Harmes
R 59. J Spencer 72. A Neal-Bullen 63. V Michie
Int 5. P Pattison 27. A Scott 47. D Collis 53. M King 24. J Moncrieff 11. K Wilson 69. B Kennedy 17. E Morris 9. T Muir 32. J Briggs 6. J Munro 55. L Hulett
23P 29. J Patullo
I've italicized Melbourne's bench.
Take out at least 4, probably 5 (maybe even more given Viney's hand surely can't be 100% right) and it's actually more evenly matched than first thought...
No Sam Weideman for them also, which will save Collingwood old-timers at the ground and at home the consternation of seeing Murray's grandson tear it up against the black and white...
