Aish BOG by a mile- he's a surprisingly tough little bugger- tackling machine and even flattened one of their blokes!
Wills faded in second half after big first half.
Clokey played a decent game-looked to have hunger back- couldn't have done mcuh more (apart from running into goal at end rather than handballing!)
Golds played probably his best game.
Nathan Brown did a few good things- but noticed he was pretty lazy in getting back a number of times (not that it ended up making any difference).
Caff- Ok- good VFL player these days- on-field coach
Goldy was pretty good, and might be ready.
Oxley was good- but still prone to strange (and slow) decision making.
Promising season and bodes well for the future.
Thanks again MB

I actually thought Brown played a terrific game and should be back in the seniors after the break.
Aish, clearly BOG and is beginning to show us his talent. He needs to back this up with a few more VFL games, but should be back in the seniors in a few weeks time.
Wills is getting very close to a senior berth. All in all a very good display from our VFL side.

Thanks men & women of Nicks.
I forgot it was on so great effort MB for your fine words & courage braving the elements.
Good to read that Cloke played with passion - and that Aish is standing up.
I look forward to recording this game next week. May the win translate into a victory for our firsts.
Go Pies.

Caff and Goldy best days are behind them
Agree about Wills..... big upside there
I really liked the defense and I thought brown was great
I liked golds game today.
I was the only person who thought Aish's game was average
we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

Just looked at the VFL stats.
Jake Spencer had 82 Hitouts for the Casey Scorpions.
That is more than the AFL record which is 80. Amazing stat.
