Been watching Wills closely.
He certainly can play football.
Good foot skills and gets a lot of the ball.
Can take a mark and has a high leap.
Seems to have a good tank.
Looks a little slow to me and I think needs to get into the packs a little more.
He has 25 disposals to 3/4 time.

Only thing keeping him from a senior debut this year is a lack of a 4 quarter tank, and an inconsistent use of the ball by foot. Lack of pace and a long pecking order for midfield time may have something to do with it as well...
I'm really crap at judging best players, but I've liked the games of Goldsack, Oxley and Wills so far. The Sack in particular looks ready to be dropped straight back into the AFL side if required.
