ISIS claim he's one of their 'soldiers'

Melbourne siege being treated as terrorismVictoria Police are treating Monday's deadly Brighton siege as a terrorist incident.

'We believe that this person was there with those sorts of intentions, albeit we don't know whether it was something planned at this stage,' Chief Commissioner Graham Ashton told Seven on Tuesday morning

The headline you are quoting above says ISIS thugs celebrate not Muslims around the globe celebrate. If an article did say what you posted you should be smart enough to know that most muslims don't celebrate this but hate this sh*t going down.

It's sloppy but is it deliberately sloppy Skids?
