Nonsense. One is clinically insane, or at very least seriously disturbed, and the dysfunctional, chaotic, destructive, government he runs reflects that. The other is no worse than the average politician and a hell of a lot better than many.

I hope you at least laughed at the Elephant Man joke before leaping into a serious response.

Anywho, they're both terrible, mate. Believe me. I follow this stuff. And lets not forget the Democrats have passed over 70% of Trump's bills.

Compared to Trump, no-one is "terrible". (Not counting Brazil or Russia.)

Not for a long time but I remember liking it. It's the first film I saw Sam Elliott in.

watt price tully wrote:https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/jul/07/donald-trump-abuse-father-niece-mary-book

"...Donald Trump’s extraordinary character and outrageous behaviour “threaten the world’s health, economic security and social fabric” and were shaped by his “high-functioning sociopath” father during childhood, according to a bombshell book written by the president’s niece..."

Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man by Mary Trump will be published next Tuesday, 14 July. The Guardian obtained a copy.
There's a few advance copies running around.

I might have a look but it's clearly a hatchet job.

Mary, the author, is Trumps neice, daughter of his older brother who died an alcoholic when she was 16.

She would have no direct knowledge of any of Donalds childhood or youth, but she writes about it. She supported Hillary in 2016 and it's notable that her and her brother took legal action against her Grandfather's will trying to get their fathers share of the estate.

Many people will believe every word as it will suport what they already believe.

You might prefer this one then from the same comedian.

When Donald and Melania Trump went to Saudi Arabia and Melania saw how the women were treated there she applied for asylum.

Not bad, but she's just ticking off the boxes in the pre nup.

I did smile at the Elephant man crack though.

Captain Coronavirus the Corrupt commutes buddy's sentence:

Anything a tinpot dictator can do, this vile piece of filth can do better. And so the decline continues.
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

If standards of conduct hadn't been forced down so low over the last 3 and a half years by his ever-more-tawdry displays of dumping his turds on democracy, you'd have reason to be surprised.

Now, we just expect this.

Seems like even a couple of Republicans are troubled by this. It’s probably just a bit of distancing as they try to stop their Senate vote being caught up in Slumpy’s train wreck but maybe some of them actually accept that there’s a problem.
