We still need to address the issues we're having in front of goal, but this game was over at half time.

Good win , credit where it is due. Great defensive effort. But out defensive work has never been the issue. Scoring, we over use the ball going forward far too much, feels very pre-2018 game style.


Agreed I am finding it hard to get enthused about football this year. But that is the world we are in currently.

Key is to play the best players available who can help us win games. If that's the kids then so be it but generally speaking, playing kids is what you do when your season is over and you have nothing else to play for.

We beat the hawks gotta be happy with that!!

Good first half set up the win, hawks upped their pressure in the 2nd half and thought we did well to hold it off.

IQ and AB did well, looked quick and nice skills. Can only get better.

Feel sorry for Will kelly... looked good at times and tries hard, hopefully he heals fast and we see him again.

Hopefully Elliot is okay And nothing serious.

Horrible 2nd half scoring wise... we need to start taking our chances. But we got the 4 points, that’s the main thing.

Kids were great. Gutted for Kelly. Moore is AA this season. Treloar was awesome. The goal kicking was garbage again post the first quarter. But overall, a lot to be pleased about. Oh, and the first time that Nathan has legitimately kicked Clarkson’s butt in the coaching box. That was masterful tonight from Buckley.
