Watching the women play right now I was thinking the exact same thing. The women play as a team with cohesion. I enjoy watching them play, the men, well, they just frustrate the hell out of me. Thumbs up to the girls, they are playing with Magpie spirit. Tough as walnuts too!

And wanted to get rid of the womens AFL and netball teams as they were a drain on resources.

Not after two losses in the last three rounds. Today's was a must win that makes the premiership very hard indeed.

Winning the GF from here will be hard. We'll have to beat North, then travel for one of Crows/Lions. And then travel again for the GF unless there was some kind of upset and the Crows/Lions were knocked out.

The player turnover (club-swapping, really) is huge in the AFLW. New coach too...
