Only saw half of the last quarter.
Not very impressive.
Wonder how long Lynch will be at Pieland.

It must be - they didn't play last year. He was very good, as were Poulter and Chugg of the new recruits. Others like Ginnivan, McInnes and McMahon showed talent in patches. So there's a fair bit to like about a team full of children. Of the longer-standing players, Murphy looked good. Disappointingly, Kelly looked out of his depth at FB (Buzza could have kicked 6 or 7 but got the yips at the end) and Cox and WHE were less influential than you'd hope senior players pressing for their spot might be.

Poulter was very impressive.
If things go as they are, he’d be a very good chance to debut sometime this year.
Murphy for Mayne next week onwards.

^ Yes, I commented on Ginnivan's goal at the team - what impressed me most was how cleanly he took the ball, as did Poulter with his last quarter goal. A good snap is a good snap but, eg, Thomas would not have gathered either of those balls first time to get either shot on goal. Those guys looks to have a lot of talent. I desperately want an injection of that skill into the senior team - but they do look very slight to me, at the moment. I don't want them to come up and get monstered - that could affect their development mentally.

Agree, there is no rush. Let them settle for at least half the seasons. Although Rantall’s first game was solid, loved the 6 tackles.

Yes, without his efforts at the contest, I reckon Collingwood lose that game by 3 or 4 goals. He really played a lone hand.
