As you showed above, NSW mismanagement is currently containing the virus better than Victoria is.
The Reproduction number for NSW is around or below 1 at present, while Victoria is at 1.4 despite being in a stage 4 lockdown.
The Andrews Government has repeatedly demonstrated that they cannot manage. There are several different levers to pull in managing this virus, the Andrews Government repeatedly failed at every attempt except the last resort, hard lockdown, and they somehow managed to convince numbers of people that this abject failure was somehow a success.
My earlier point was not intended to start the tit for tat again, but simply to point out that NSW is successfully containing the virus and has given people hope with a road map out. Victoria at present has done neither, but feel free to prefer the Victorian approach.
