^ The uncertainty of what comes after Abramovich is stressful. I hope the club can smoothly transition away from the current owner as quickly as possible.
I feel conflicted about Abramovich. The man transformed us into a powerful club in England and Europe so I think Chelsea fans will always feel a level of affinity towards him and feel grateful for his financial investment, though no one has been under any illusion of his shady past.
As an outsider, it's probably easy to dismiss him and celebrate his exodus from football, but for Chelsea it's almost bittersweet in a strange way.
I guess sportswashing has succeeded here
