If this is the case, the Pies coaching panel has no sense of theatre

Everyone knows what Callum can do. Why not find out what Finn is capable of this season, playing against his brother.

Our boys were out well before the dogs, it’s a perfect night 17 degrees! Brown sauce and DeGoey practicing angle and getting goals! Looking good!

Win, lose or draw, will be focussed on the output of Begg, Macrae, Henry, T Brown and C Brown.
For me, it's not about stats for these young blokes, it's their endeavour and willingness to get into the contest I'll be looking for.

Of our senior players, expect to see a vintage performance by Taylor Adams. Hopefully Maynard keeps his composure and leads from the front and our emerging gun in Quaynor takes the game on.

Will be a real test for Fly tonight to ensure the boys keep their heads high throughout the game.

Would have been a good opportunity for McInnes to get some midfield minutes and remind us he wasn't drafted solely as a forward option.

He's gone from being the 23rd player in round 7, missing a week through illness to now not even in the 26.
He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD!

Wondering if Maynard will go to Naughton at some stage and Darcy looks after the Bont and Howe does the 3rd up role.
Naughton loves to cover ground, does Darcy go with him?

I think the selectors are showing a certain lack of imagination with the team they picked.Callum Brown always seems to be the sub or a late replacement for someone who’s a late out,yet he’s never made an impression in any game he’s played.Surely the selectors could shake things up a bit and give some else a go for a change?

McCrae hasn’t played a lot of seniors whereas Callum has this year, so that’s why Callum gets the game ahead of Finn

Winning this allows us to stay with the pack aiming for a position in the bottom half of the 8 (with the Bulldogs being one of our main contenders for one of those spots, as Richmond last week also were); lose and we'll be stuck playing catch-up.
Not sure it’s that pivotal. I don’t think the aim is to finish 6th,7th,8th. We’re rebuilding & another top10 pick & top 20 is more important for the future.
Well if that's the case, then it's pivotal we lose.
Need to, and must, tank. Honorable loss. Every successful club in the past 20 years has done this bar Geelong. Fact.
