I don't have a problem with it, but the people who released them may have just created a precedent that will come back to bite them on the arse.

Why? Every other recent President has released theirs.

Is Pelosi being charged with tax fraud? Has anyone taken the fall for Pelosi? We know his accountant has for him.

Trump is going down big time but it might just take a bit of time given the amount of lawyers he’s got.

^ Happily, he won't have trouble paying for them because he's saved plenty by paying, roughly-speaking, less tax than my dog does.

I can't possibly imagine why. And yes, Pelosi and other major office holders should release them too. If these people want to wield power over the lives of 300 million odd people, the least they can do is be transparent and accountable regarding their own financial dealings.

Petty change, if they pay it.

More relevant question, does this disqualify him for running for POTUS again?

I hope it does but I doubt it.

He should be charged with that among many other serious crimes he has committed. But the wheels of justice turn very slowly in America.Whether you’re charged with crimes seems to depend on how much money you have and what sort of lawyers you can hire to slow down the process. And in the mean time we get smoke screens about Nancy Pelosie’s’ tax returns from people who never seem to be troubled by the crimes Trump has comitted.

A Grand Jury has indicted Donald Trump in New York. Perhaps this ought to have been under what makes me happy thread.

Marvellous. Just the start.

This is over the Storm in a D cup hush money (Trump has been changing his story more times than than St Kilda has had coaches)

Plenty of time for other charges especially tax evasion to come up.

Just a bit more pep in my step this morning

It’s always been said that a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich, but today shows they’ll even settle for lesser lifeforms. ;)

It's nice to see him squirm a little but I have a feeling all this will backfire and only make his campaign stronger, much like the russiagate nonsense.

The first of many indictments. This is probably the least significant of all the charges he is facing but someone had to break the ice. There’s going to be a lot more pain coming in Trump world

I wouldn’t be quite so dismissive of Russia’s meddling whatsoever.
