Unfortunately Sabrina has been given another 1 year contract! So we clearly are still short on tall forwards!

Collingwood has confimed the bulk of their playing list for 2023:

"Reigning Club Best and Fairest Jordyn Allen heads up a series of top talent in Imogen Barnett, Tarni Brown, Lauren Butler and Aishling Sheridan who have all penned fresh two-year deals.

In addition, Collingwood foundation players Brittany Bonnici and Ruby Schleicher as well as key talents in Mikala Cann, Sarah Rowe, Eliza James and Charlotte Taylor have all signed contract extensions to remain in the black and white until at least the end of 2024."

Glad that Mikala has re-signed. My information from a family source was that she was seriously considering a move elsewhere, Hawthorn was an interested club. Appears that she has moved on from the disappointment of the B&F and sorted out issues with the coaching staff.

"In other news, Collingwood has today informed El Chaston and Abbi Moloney that they would not be offered new contracts with the Club for the 2023 AFLW season."

Sad to see both go but neither were able to get a regular spot in the team.

Good service Downie played well for us.
Thought she had one more aflw in her.
Thinking its time for Fredrick to call time as well.
We seam to have some kids back in and in a reset phase.
