Undermanned and a depleted team. Terrible umpiring favouring Box-Hill which even the commentators agree.

Getting smashed by a stronger and quicker team in Box Hill playing much better football.

At the 26:30 min mark 11.4.70 to 3.5.23

Dissent rule is such a ducking joke. What did Ruscoe do wrong there?

Agree on all counts. The boys are trying hard but they're outmanned. More than half the team seems to be VFL listed players.

Interesting the highest ranked Box Hill players at half time are all ex Pies players, Max Lynch, Ed Phillips and Cal Brown.

Playing mostly forward, getting frostbite as the ball isn't getting there much.

Hasn't lost his kamikaze approach to the contest, having a crack but looks rusty.

Lynch and Brown the highest ranked players on the ground, in AFL Fantasy points, macrae and Carmichael our highest ranked.

Macrae was our best mid, I thought Ruscoe was probably our best player basically playing as an undersized full back.

Steen showed promise. Lynch beat him in the ruck but didn't manhandle or ragdoll him, he got his share of hitouts (22) and disposals (12), what I liked was his follow up work. He's very mobile and plays like an extra mid when the ball hits the ground whereas Lynch stood off the pack watching.

Bit to work with there, but needs some protein shakes and Gym time.
