Skids, your doc sounds quality, with all that making good sense. Good on your work for having your back.

Tell people you used to play rugby and got the ear from years in the scrum!

I just held my sheep Ginnie’s head in my arms as the vet sent him home. He hurt his hind leg, probably in a rabbit hole, and he could barely stand.
I’m waiting for them to come and get him and a magpie just zoomed past me.

Fly high my boy, you were so loved.

Sorry to hear it Jo, you're a nicer person than me, I would've called a butcher not a vet.

Mate he was old as the hills, I’d say tough as boots! Also I don’t like sheep products! And I could never have let him be eaten. He’s off to the blood and bone factory! I did think of trying to bury him with the bobcat!!!!

Thanks mate xxx

Grade 5 girl told junior her 2 cousins were not at school, cos they fell off a quad bike. Yes that one. And she was at the party, so yes 2 others family members died. And she’s at school. And until then the school didn’t know it was them.

Just took Mum up to see her sister in law, my Aunty, up in Toc Hospital.

She's 92, lives at home alone, gets all the NDIS help including meals on wheels, house cleaning and having someone come around to shower her every 2nd or 3rd day. She had a fall at home a week or so ago.

She's deteriorated since I last saw her a couple of months ago. No way can they discharge her knowing she's going to live alone, no fkn way.

The eldest son lives up in Northern NSW, 12 hour drive away. He's retired and down here now, staying at her house. I know he's been speaking to her for a while about going into care but she hasn't wanted too. She still thinks she's going back to her house when they discharge her. He's going to have to grow a set and and be firm with her. 1 more fall will just about finish her and I'd be surprised if she isn't gone within 12 months.
