What a massive week for the Daicos family. Nick's game was brilliant in the circumstances, and as always, especially brilliant when it mattered most. Hearing his dad talk about the injury just shows you what it took for him to make it back. Without his drive to make it happen, we don't make it past the prelim, let alone lift the cup.

The clip of him berating Josh the morning after when the latter disrupted his interview, premiership cup in hand, was hilarious. There's everyone else in post-party zombie mode staggering around exhausted and looking a wreck after a huge night of celebration, and there's Nick, neat and tidy, prepped and ready for his interview, emphasising that he didn't go too wild and got a proper sleep  The lad is one of a kind.
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

Is it Nick Daicos, is it Naicos or is it Messiacos?

Watched the game again and this guy is sublime with his hands and feet.
I don't know, but I am guilty of referring to Josh as Bonus Daicos

I know you ask playfully but no.
I think his family will keep him straight. You can be the richest player and have 1 premiership or you can not be the richest player, be a multiple premiership player (hopefully), respected by your teammates, loved by the supporters.

Second year’s a charm: Nick’s season to remember
At times, it’s hard to believe Nick Daicos has already played 47 games in his AFL career.

Nick Daicos’ 2023 stats:

* Third place in the Brownlow medal
* Equal second in the Copeland Trophy
* Ranks elite in disposals and kicks
* Ranked #1 at Collingwood for disposals and #7 in the AFL
* AFLCA Best Young Player Award

The Front Bar was great last night with the Dacii.
What an era to be part of.

Nick and Josh just love their footy, but have you ever seen a collection of celebrity photos like this?

For those that missed it, catch the full show (Dacii from 24.37) ~

Game 50 was a stinker. Looked disinterested and defeated. Can’t lay a tackle to save himself
