Just watched the highlights again because, well, I can! What win. Still feels surreal.

Watched the entire replay again last night.

Much was said about Whisp drawing 3 high frees. And yes, there were some high frees missed, notably, Maynard's tackle that led to his kick that hit the post.

Nothing was said however about the 6 instances where Brisbane players deliberately threw their heads back to draw a free when tackled legally. Thankfully, the umpires weren't sucked in, but it was a poor effort by Brisbane.

I’m actually convinced that that free paid to Kid cuddie deep in our forward line with 2 mins to go was not high at all, and you would have thought he’d been shot the way he threw his head back. I was gutted at the time because that as the only way the ball was getting out of there.

This is a great call, thanks for sharing. Great to hear some honest commentary from some passionate footy fans devoid of commercialism 'kicked the bloody thing' and 'get stuffed' favourite lines from the last 5 minutes but can only be topped by "Collingwood are Premiers in 2023 in one of the greatest grand finals ever!"

Kind of still setting in i guess.
This ones taking a while to hit reality.
But this is good.
I would say the time it sinks in is not until we unfurl the flag at one of the games in 2024.
Does anyone know which match this will be love it too be either v hawks, tigers or cats for mine but prefer it to be that early hawks game and us for go onto win the match by a lazy 5 goals.

^ The flag is being unfurled in our first home game against Sydney.

The Hawthorn match is in Gather Round (being played in Adelaide), so I can't understand how that would possibly be a good idea.
