Sam Sofronidis : 10 disposals. Will play senior football. Reads the play well, plays as a big man, not afraid to put his body on the line or run off his man. Nice hands marking and sharp on the handball.

This excites me greatly, if this kid has it, and you never really know until they have a go, well he would be an incredible addition to the team

If Murphy not playing by the mid season draft, then he should retire or go long term injury list and bring this guy in

Lachie Sullivan certainly looks like the next ready to launch.
I guess it'll depend on the usual match-ups assessment of opponents coming up, but he's a chance to push for Sideys spot.
Harvey Harrison will be banging down the door as well. Suspect that'll occur after the bye round.
Joe Richards hard work is paying off. That's 9 goals over the opening two matches. He's not flashy, just one of those players that keeps getting into the right position, which may well be a herald of his football smarts.
As you allude, maybe Ash Johnson needs a spell away. It might have been linked to the Social Media issue but he's a mile off at the moment. If it was the old days, he simply would have been dragged today.
Jack Hutchinson, I'll try and find the footage for you, but he nearly took Mark of the year. He played on, switched the play by playing a 50m kick on his teammate. Bloody commentators were crapping on with some nonsense and they missed.one of the best moments of the day. He likes it physical too. We need to have a look at him though, there's something there.
Sam Sofronidis can play. I really liked his game. He did everything asked of him today so if that vein of form continues, he'll be another pushing for a start by the mid-season break. Really liked his game.

Couple of highlights you'll like -
Hutchinson on the end of some great link up play from our backline before a goal developed from hard work on the centre wing ~ from the 48.17 mark (Sulivan > Allan > Richards > Hutchinson)

But the one I was referring to, have a go at his effort from the 51.00 mark. That climb in the pack alone, but to mark it then have the instinct to switch play and hit a target from +50m was as good as I saw on the day. I reckon a few recruiters will be taking notice of the 'Wonthagi Wonder'...

A very enjoyable game and an exciting finish.

A few more minutes and who knows? Shame we messed up a few chances late.
