2025 Memberships
Received the renewal a few days ago. A 20% increase is a bit steep IMO.
Has your category gone up a similar amount?
A bit disappointed with how money driven the club has become. We have a Billy/IQ function coming up over here in WA and there was a Swanny/Heater one in August. I refuse to go to these. They charge $89 for entry and an additional $50 if you want a photo with them. The events are all "no signings".
Training sessions when the boys come to WA are always 'Closed' now, no chance for kids to watch the team.
So much for being the "19th player". They have us by the balls, they know we love the club and will pay up.

@Skids
Was that the first time they've had closed sessions? I wonder what the reasoning was. Maybe the ground managers enforced this as opposed to the Club? Either way, it should be better communicated.
Good Q for the AGM thread! I intend to send those to the Club.
That should be a non-negotiable, where sessions remain open. It's one of the few times Interstate supporters can get close to the players / some value for their membership and in turn kids to get singings.Training sessions when the boys come to WA are always 'Closed' now, no chance for kids to watch the team.

Re: 2025 Memberships.
Yes, ours have gone up as well.
We have reserved seat for home games plus Social Club add on (formerly known as the Captains membership). 3 memberships - 2 adults & 1 student.
Last year adult was $560.00, this year it is $610.00 so a 9% increase.
Had a look at renewal invoice and unlike last year it is not as clear what we are getting (last year it clearly had Social club as an add on, this year not listed). Assume it is all the same as I do auto rollover each year.

Re: 2025 Memberships.
@LaurieHolden Training sessions became inaccessible (in WA) during/after covid and have remained that way ever since.
So different to when I saw Swanny at the Mirrabooka Tavern about 10 years ago. $20 entry, Swanny sat down and had a beer and a parmy at our table. Photos with everyone, signed anything. I got Sharnee to drive home and pick up more things for him to sign.

Mine is the same price. Maybe I'd better double check.

1892 jumped to $2k a year (we knew that signing up last year). Still waiting for that amazing value!

My Legends remains att $880 concession. This includes a $200 slug to remain on level 2 for home games. Away games are level 1

Yeah, I think Legends memberships have not changed in price.

Re: 2025 Memberships
I am a 50+ year member (61 years actually) so my equivalent of Captains membership plus social club add on is $270.
