I think we have enough midfield grunt (Burns, Bucks, Holland) but you are right, we could do with some more. We need just a bit more toughness.

Anybody that can hit a target by foot from 40 metres (a rare breed at collingwood these days).

A ruckman.

A crumbing forward who plays more than 2 good games a year
