I am interested in helping if you think this would be a good way to go.You have shown tremendous interest towards starting up a Southern Tasmania
Supporter Group; however we have decided to focus on building and increasing
the Supporter from the one Supporter Group.
The Northern Tasmania Supporter Group is a very successful group with
currently over 120 members. The group has been running for several years,
continually growing each year. The Northern Tasmania has formed a common
bond with not only the Williamstown side but various local teams in the
area. The Group hold functions throughout Tasmania and we feel that both
yourself and support team should join a common bond in joining and building
a much larger supporter base in Tasmania.
Having the two competing Supporter Groups might interfere with the success
that has already been built and shown by Ricky Gower and the Northern
Tasmania Group.
The Collingwood Football Club much appreciates your support and we may
revisit the idea at the end of the season
