Sydney Collingwood Supporter Club's first road trip of 2007

Post by FunkyPieMaster »

Just thought I'd say that the Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club is coming to Melbourne for the round 4 match against Port Adelaide on Saturday 21 April. Details of our itinerary can be found on Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club forum.

For the benefit of our Melbourne colleagues we will be arriving at the City Square Motel hopefully around midday and then head to the Lexus Centre.

In the evening we will be heading to the Carringbush Hotel to watch Kieran Butler in action. Some of us will be going to other Comedy Festival gigs as well.

Friday night will be spent at the Riverina Hotel at Holbrook and we will have a lunch time stop on Sunday at the Ettamogah Pub on the way home.

Naturally we would be happy to catch up with fellow fans at any of our stops! :D
I still reckon Rocca got that goal

We didn't get our 40 acres and a mule
But you're my piece of the rock
And I love you CC

I am meant to be going down for this trip, my flight is booked to go down Friday evening, staying out at Airport West.

I'm sure I'll bump into everyone at some point on the night.

We'll be at the Lexus Centre before the match. Look forward to meeting you.

If you want a ticket to the Kieran Butler gig at the Carringbush Hotel after the match I have some spare. They are only $15 (three bucks off the original cost) if you want one.

Otherwise I hope you have a top weekend, we certainly will be! :D

Sorry for the late reply - I didn't get to go as my boss rescheduled my flight to go down for work (which is tomorrow and all weekend).

But thank you for the offer of the tickets for Kieran Butler, shame I missed catching up with everyone from the Sydney supporter group.

Oh well, next time! Won't be the split round unfortunately, it's my 21st that night. I'll be too drunk for the security guards to let me into Telstra Stadium haha.
