Broadie said there is no such thing as "Man In Front Rule"

Firstly I was wondering if this is true? Also want to ask everyone if they think there should be a "Man in front rule"?
I ask this because of an insident between Prestigiacomo and Carey = Wanker last week.
Let me know what you think

Hmm, yeah I think there probably should be. I have always thought there was and so does everyone else. So how did we come about thinking this?

I know how i came to believe it. During my Junior playing days, I had heard the umpire blow the whistle and say, "Man in Front," many times.
