Stanley did ok and won a few clearances from the centre
Richards rucked 100% match time
Wakes played limited time...got the feeling they were saving him for friday night
Kepler Bradley beat Nathan Brown
Rusling kicked about 2.3 and was on fire in the 1st qtr but it was the same story with him, when the opposition get numbers back he struggles
Reid was average didnt get many kicks
Dick and Wellingham were ok
Nicholls was good playing off half back
Cox got injured in the first qtr and didnt return after half time
Bendigo had a very experienced line up including Bolton, Cloke, Bradley, Camporeale, Mark Johnson, Heffernan, Johns and the experience really told
of the non-collingwood guys, patty rose was very dangerous up forward, hottie williams was extremely quiet, Br Johnson was good, Mackenzie was good

Well some guys had a chance to put their hand up for next week. Sounds like they didn't, apart from Davies. Dissapointing.
Willi had a chance to win the last three games against teams lower on the table for a top four double chance. Shame they didn't take it.
Sound familiar????

Iles was alright didn't stand out too much, Wellingham wasn't too bad on a wing but Willy were pretty soundly beaten in the midfield for most of the day by Campo, Heffernan, Johnson and Houli
Davies pushed forward and slotted a couple of nice goals but also fumbled a few times in the middle like most of his team mates seemed to

Reckon your under-selling Rusling a bit Jonesy. Looked great in the first but also took some strong contested overhead marks later in the game. Liked Nicholls game and hope we keep him in future. Is one tough little bastard, and uses the ball really well. Can really see the class of Dick and Wellingham but they both need about 10 kilos on them and tend to go missing as kids do. Reckon Rusling, Nicholls and maybe Davies might get a run next Friday.

I probably am but his first qtr was that good that it made the rest of his game look not so good i guessnomadjack wrote:Reckon your under-selling Rusling a bit Jonesy. Rusling kicked 2.5 apparently, expecting him to come in.
Daws kicked 7 but would've needed to kick at least eight to get into the best players
MM has suggested the Travis needs a rest and that Reid -if he played well- would come in.
I'm tipping its an outside chance that Dawes could be a !SHOCK! selection this week DTM.
