I don't think they're all that good. I've seen some great ones posted by other people and I loved your slogan for the Saints game.

OK, kinda sucky though.

For the port match:

The magpies will swoop,
just like in real life,
the power won't last long,
there will be a power strike tonight!

I don't think it is a night match so it screws that one up!

If it is a day match:

The Maggies are real contenders,
Up there at the top,
The power will crumble,
Just watch them drop ...

You could drop the 'real' out of the first line if you like. I don't like that one much though.
