This.

Talk vs action, its as simple as that.

Although to be frank I thought the effort yesterday wasn't the worst i've seen this season, definitely looked more like a structural issue to a large degree

He is fast becoming our most important player. Our defence was rock solid when he was moved back there and really organised them. He will be vice captain next year. Love sidey but I don't think he is a leader to be honest. Cant wait to have Tay back in the side, love his passion for the club.
Interesting you say that about Sidey. I've heard he Adams and Pendles were the three who went to Bucks and told him he needs to be much harder on the players. Adams absolutely let rip in the team meeting that followed. Calls a spade a spade and will be a great leader for us.

I've been impressed by him for a long time in the limited interview I've heard.
He's a leader for sure. As Medders said make it official next season. It's not w knock on Sidey but neither him or Pendles are vocal types and we need that in spades on the field

We are certainly a better side with TA in it. It frees up Treloar and allows him to act as an outside mid which is his true strength.

Good news. A future captain in the making and most importantly we seem to stand taller when he plays.

He gives us that hardness that we lack in his absence.

Good.

Giants game? Well, he may be available the weekend of the Giants game, but he'll but just shy of 6 weeks out of football with injury when that rolls around.

He'll be playing 2nds.

No chance he will be playing 2s, unless we have 21 players in super form plus sinclair

As I said, 6 weeks out of the game. He won't be brought back underdone. So he'll play 1, maybe 2 in the reserves to get back to full fitness.

That's how we operate.
