I would much rather Heath goto the Kangaroos.... somewhere he will be able to play some decent quality football with decent quality footballers... The upside for us is the Kangaroos can offer us more than pick 51!!!

Jeez if I was him I'd be very tempted to cast loyalties aside and snap up the 2 mill - if he sticks to his guns he must be *very* dedicated to C'wood and of exceptional character.
But Balmey made the good point that he would feel all sorts of pressure and perhaps resentment from Carlton and their players, so that is a big factor in his decision no doubt, it might put me off too - you can't buy a clean conscience.

Where's the 2 mill coming from??? More bundles of cash in brown paper bags or are they planning a small insurance job on Princes Park??? Frankly doubt if they could even get that right??
