Excellent, the only one I disagree with is Blair. If we had a decent side then Blair would be in & out of the side, depending on the opposition, the weather, the game etc.....He is not a definite starter and whether it was due to injuries or not I like you am unclear as to why he played all season.
The other two are show ponies.

I think the idea has merit.
An old head amongst an old squad, and he can look after the young 'uns when they go out on a Saturday night, make sure he copes the flogging rather than them.
He play for beer money as well
