It never does.
Nah, that last quarter goal to Blair left us with nothing to complain about. IT evened up everyhting else - was a free to the hawks player every day pf the week.
Yeah true but man there were a shit load more that we were done over by not getting the obvious free.

None the less, us moaning about the umpiring wont win us the game from here.

Don't be proud of that, I certainly hope the players are not......IDIOTIC mistakes cost them a football game.
Sure  Brown was very good, shut his man almost completely out of the game.

It's definitely a game to be proud of. With 10+ of our best 22 missing we almost got the job done against Hawthorn in their most important game of the year.
Well done boys!

No honour at all in this loss. Had a chance to honour the Collingwood name and win to stuff up the Hawks quest for 4 in a row.....and we failed...again.

Marley Williams hopefully gets his one way bus ticket out of town, taking Brown with him.The rest is OK in my book.We were killed stone dead by the worst umpiring I have ever witnessed. Not withstanding the Greenwood leap,Hawthorn got at least 3 gimmes and 1 from a 50mtr penalty. As good as Grundy was today he has to learn you can't keep kicking and hand balling blindly and continuously give the ball away .Sidebottom does a great job of that by himself. Proud of Collingwood and the coach today and we have a lot to look forward to. Just need Reid back and get a decent full back and the rest will be fine in 2017.

Sure there is. We played well, but a loss in this game would have been a massive fail for Hawthorn rather than a nod to us. This game should never have been close, but the Hawks just aren't that good this year.

Gutted but very proud, we gave it our best shot on the day, lacking some vital players, one player like taylor adams in, and we would have won it, no doubt. Piss and poop are very average, hope the cats tear these old pricks too pieces, they are beyond lucky and I utterly loathe them now like I have never loathed a team before. ! GO Cats. !!

Australia plus (well Channel 7) denied us overseas and served us up slaughter after slaughter all weekend. Got sick of of listening the running adds on 3AW and BT is hard to cop so I tuned to k rock. They mentioned every blatant free and dirty sniping act and amplified them, no doubt hoping to see hawks out of 4. How Hodge, Mitchell and Lewis constantly get off is a joke. We need a Barry Hall to absolutely smash Hodge, 10 weeks with a busted jaw and use "well he sniped me 6 times and the umps did nothing".
Annoying opposition supporters since 1967.

You keep accepting mediocrity, I'll keep restoring the balance, that you thought brown had a good game says it all really.

It would be nice if some supporters took a one way ticket to the
Richmond football club
