The only fragility Richmond may have might stem from the Hardwick split that some say split the players as well. If their injury luck changes, they might fall off the rails. One can only hope.

But my gut says Brisbane. They've been pretty good, consistently. Joe will fit right in and other players will stand taller with him in their forward line.

Still don't get the Sier admiration he has done very little in his career so far

Why do you think we'll slide when we'll have JDG, Howe and Sidey back?

Port Adelaide, Geelong, Richmond, Brisbane are the likely candidates.
Pies would be an outsider to that group.

Saints, bloose ?

I see this thread has been dumped in "Other AFL".

Someone obviously doesn't think "Collingwood FC" and "flag" have any connection.

2021 predictions ladder and grand final teams

Hi folks,

This is my ladder for 2021:

Brisbane
Richmond
Geelong
St.Kilda
Port
West Coast
Freo
Carlton

Footscay
Melbourne
GWS
Sydney
Collingwood
Hawthorn
Gold coast
Essendon
Adelaide
North Melbourne

The top 4 i feel are set apart from st.kilda but i hope the saints make it in the top 4.

Bottom of the final 4 of the top 8 well this is grey area i feel freo can make it and the blues to finally break their duck and slip in just. And seasoned teams west coast and port should make it.

Very stiff to miss are footscray and melbourne. But melbourne never make it they have the most false dawns of all the teams.

GWS not there yet they are flatting out and its not 2019.

i expect sydney to make a rise up the ladder its over due and its time.

The bottom 4 are sort of set North Melb and the crows are the lock then its essendon gold coast hawthorn are also in the mix.

Ive got Collingwood to slide right out and finish 13th. Not too bad as we are re building again. its time we had a stinker of a season. i just dont think Collingwood will have a good year thats all it will be set back after another.
Collingwood are paying the price for the crap years 2013-2020 barring 2018. We are paying the price and we have to be more and more patient.

The teams that are in the mix for the granny are:

Richmond
Brisbane
Geelong
West Coast

my teams in the gf are a richmond v brisbane gf.

Winner richmond by 23 points.

Richmond have won it already no one can get near them in finals thats all. Everything fall onto their lap and in place and win it easy.
i must say i do feel like im discounting Collingwood but i know some experts on tv etc.... that still have Collingwood making finals though.
But as with the flag in 2021 its richmonds.

The season hasn't started and you're already declaring Richmond to be certainties for the flag.
