Molloy with puts the team first and hands it to James for the open goal after some fancy footwork to evade the opponent.

Pies 4.6.30, Tigers 1.3.9

3QT.

Pies 4.7 (31)

Tigers 1.3 (9)

We'd have to do something special to stuff it up from here. One more goal will seal it you'd think. They already need 4 unanswered goals.

Molloy injured and Lambert injured.

Carrying injured players into the finals, and those they are missing too.

Not a chance to progress past next week.

Tarni Brown with an awesome run down, which later leads to a set shot for Alexander who kicks it.

2:20 to go... Pies are in the finals!

Molloy and Lambert are on the bench. Caan copped a big hit and is with the trainers on the sidelines.

Today's game was a good one to watch. Even though it was a low score by Richmond, it was a hard fought win and a great team effort.

Overall, very happy with the tackling and chasing efforts today. I think we've become better by foot and have stopped bombing it long every time.

Only criticisms would be the need to work ok handballing in congestion. And Rowes kicking needs work. Rarely hit a target or kicks to advantage. But she is a fighter.

Bests for me: Lambert, Sheridan, Schleicher.

I thought Caan, Alexander, Frederick, Livingstone and Chiocci were also good today. With Molloy and Brown doing a couple of impressive things without having a lot of the ball.
