That source may not be reliable, didn't it say it would be announced in a week?

Thought Q's game on Sunday was one of his best for some time, and certainly this year.
(13 disposals @ 62%, 132 metres gained, 7 contested possessions, 6 uncontested possessions, 9 intercept possessions, 5 kicks, 8 handballs, 3 marks, 4 tackles & 2 Rebound 50s, 3 Inside 50's) .
For season 2023, he's spent 82.7% time on ground.
It's also worth pointing out, going into the Adelaide game, he hadn't been beaten in a one on one contest this season.
It was refreshing to see him once again get the rewards for backing himself, particularly when things got willing. He really made an impact.

Agree Laurie, he played on Rankine and the jobs don’t come much bigger for a small defender than putting the clamps on Rankine. He doesn’t need much of the ball to make a scoreboard impact but Quaynor put him to the sword, particularly in the second half when the game was on the line. Quaynor was first to the ball on nearly every occasion.

That's another great game on top of a huge last quarter on ANZAC Day. Well done, lad.
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.
