^ What did you expect would happen?

An EGM wasn't going to happen and wasn't justified in my opinion.

I’m in a meeting with Dr O’Bulldog right now, I’m tempted to say I’m thrilled with the new appointments at Collingwood and can’t wait for next season

Not thrilled at the result. But hey, it is done now... I will not let go of this one issue:

Presidential term limits.

These need to be brought in ASAP. This club can never again allow a unelected dictatorship back in charge.

Anyway, time to focus on the playing group for 2022.

Well, he gets points for not once mentioning side by side.

Hopefully he resists that urge in any media release/appearance for the rest of the year.

Why all this negativity on this thread? Isn’t this the democratic system that members wanted? Or is this a case of whinging because some here didn’t get what they wanted? Well it’s done now so onwards and upwards we go. Let’s focus on the exciting prospect of Collingwood developing into a very strong outfit over the next few years rather than lamenting about off field political crap that unfortunately has to coexist with the football team. Let’s concentrate on players getting votes on the field than power brokers getting votes off the field, a necessary but annoying evil that’s now in the past.
Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!
