Maybe we just need to learn to play Etihad a little better, seems in recent years we've not really looked the best despite winning some games there.

I know we probably shouldn't be singling players for special treatment but this is an extraordinary situation which doesn't look like improving anytime soon and I'd be willing to try just about anything that could potentially benefit all concerned.
Could be worth a try, makes a lot of sense! I have not seen Cloke string so many low to mediocre games toghethor. Definitely giving us very little up forward. Unfortunately apart from Paine there are no other legit replacements the only other person we could try is Browney ... yes I know he is a backman! Only problem is we have a season defining game next week!

IMHO the Cloke clan has shot itself in the foot bigtime. Travis, due to his stubborness and dumbarse ole man, has put enormous pressure on himself, and is playing terribly accordingly. With each passing woeful game, and no goals, his market value is going down and down hugely. No other club, not the crows, dees, scum, freo, is going to shell out the millions he seeks, for these inept and poor performances hes turning on each week, his value is declining rapidly. Meantime, all our other guys are signining up, and by seasons end, all he will be left with is no real offers from other more wary clubs, and just the crumbs off the table that is over from all our other signings.
He and Demir should have taken our fantastic offer weeks ago, and put it all to bed. Now, he is struggling and playing shithouse, other clubs will be having a big long rethink of his worth now. He should have taken our more than generous offer, now hes blown it, and will be left with the leftovers. What a fool and his old man is his own worst enemy too. !

He is playing bruise free footy according to most. And we are now signing everyone up without waiting to finalise his deal, which would make him our highest paid players according to talk of our offer. Maybe he has an agreement with another club already. That is the only explanation IMO.

Clokey is playing injured (IMO), and is the only option at the moment, we can't rest him, we need a top 4 spot.

Send him to stay with The Lad. A thing or two learn he might.
Haha. Both great suggestions!
The force is strong with this one.

If he does end up accepting Collingwood's offer and stay, then his behaviour has been even more reprehensible. He should settle now before the finals. Otherwise, he's deliberately sabotaging our finals campaign by dragging the thing out unnecessarily.
