I've been happy to see the promotion of all 3 teams in Reading, Southampton and West Ham into the EPL.
In particular it's great to see the Saints and Hammers back in the top flight where they had belonged for many years. It's great to see Southampton back and I can only wish them all the best this year.
The key for them to staying up next season is strong home form and signing quite a few players from the EPL to be able to compete.

I'm stumped. I was going to say they have all won the FA Cup from second division but Reading hasn't won one.Yarra Falls End wrote:No, it's not related to the current season.
Here is another clue , what do the 3 promoted teams and the league 1 champion team all have in common?
If you don't get it after this clue, my next and final clue will give it away.
Can I dial a friend Eddie ?

I was surprised by the Saints position as well considering they've been out of the Premier League for 7 years.Man Utd Pie wrote:Magpie Jack, type in 20 year premier league table on google, have guess where your beloved Saints are, you might be shocked/surprised.
I got my team right.

Cheers Jezza. Great result alright. Rapt for Lambert. Makes his Premier League debut aged 30 and International debut aged 31 ... and scores with his very first touch. I suppose bloody Arsenal will try and poach him now. Interesting that Southampton have changed to a black away jumper this year ... for a 100% win record so far. Go you Abbotsford Saints.
